I wanted one of those to wave in my hand – Subs are #1. They put on an amazing show last night, apparently well supported by Boys Climbing Ropes and Pinkberry, though sadly I missed both performances. It seems that guitarist, Wu Hao, has taken a real shining to the Nazi hat. I suspect it’s less a tribute to fascist Germany than a hats-off (or on, if you will) to Jimmy Page.

Kang Mao was amazing. She leaps around the stage, screaming and growling, playing it up for the whole show without any let up. She even had time for a quick crowd surf during a guitar solo. That woman is a superb performer and she really got the crowd going. Every school student in China should see this band. Just so they know.
OK, let’s get down to business.
First in the chain is the tuner – it’s the white BOSS TU-2. Next up, Digitech Whammy. Next up, EH Big Muff Pi. Then a Proco Rat. And then a Boss RE-20 Space Delay. Come on guys, give me something hard.
